Service Delivery
We are committed to delivering high-quality services according to the timeline established upon project submission. Each client receives a specific due date/timeline when their files are submitted to our team. Our services are delivered digitally, and we do not ship physical products.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance of service delivery. Payment is required to secure your spot in our project queue and initiate work on your files.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once work has begun on the project, even if the service is only partially completed.
- Refunds are only considered for requests submitted prior to the implementation of any services
- All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Cancellation Terms
For ongoing services:
- Clients not bound by a contract must provide a minimum 30-day written notice for service cancellation
- Clients under contract must adhere to the cancellation terms specified in their service agreement
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period when cancellation is requested
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for that period.
Project Timeline Modifications
While we strive to meet all established deadlines, we reserve the right to adjust project timelines due to:
- Unexpected technical issues
- Client delays in providing necessary information or feedback
- Force majeure events
- Resource availability
Clients will be promptly notified of any timeline modifications.
Service Completion
A service is considered complete when:
- All deliverables outlined in the service agreement have been provided
- The final files have been delivered to the client
- The established quality standards have been met
Communication
All requests regarding refunds, cancellations, or timeline modifications must be submitted in writing and emailed to: pnichols@soundadviceservices.com
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website.
